Distance contract

The seller of the goods offered in this Internet store, SIA Allstars reg. no. 40003781866, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer, according to the Buyer's order. Delivery and payment procedure The buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The buyer has the opportunity to pay for the product using the payment tools built into the Internet service.

The seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 10 days after the payment for the goods has been received. The Buyer chooses the method of receiving or delivering the product when placing an order and paying for it.


If the order is not paid within 5 working days, the Seller has the right to consider that the order has been cancelled. The Buyer has the right to refuse the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Product or immediately after paying for the order by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller to the e-mail [email protected]. The cancellation letter must include the order number and the customer's e-mail that was registered at the time of the order. The seller will send a cancellation form in response within two working days, which the buyer must fill out within 5 calendar days from the moment of sending. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 7 days after sending the letter of refusal. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

Paid funds are returned only to the same account from which the order was paid.

The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • By their nature, the ordered goods cannot be returned, or they are perishable or can be used up quickly;
  • The ordered product has a damaged or removed paper label
  • The ordered goods are made directly for the Buyer according to an individual order;
  • Ordered participation in the master class, the date and time of which has been determined

The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal".

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the product is damaged, by careless treatment of the product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the product's original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.


The purchased item can be exchanged for a different color only if the item has been kept in its original packaging. The product can be exchanged only in person and only at the Allstars store (Rīga, Brīvības gatve 202).


By entering the necessary information, when placing the order, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him are used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the legislative requirements of the Republic of Lithuania. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
